This voltage supervisor has a total of 5 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. Please refer to power management for SOT-665 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. When a supply voltage of 2.4V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. The total number of pins on this power management is 5. Pin count of the power management is 5. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than -300mV. This IC power should be powered by no more than 10V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~105°C TA degrees. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by BD48. There is a requirement for 2.6V power to power this power management. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 1.53μA. The PMIC is a kind of the well-known BD48xxx series of products.
