BD4730G-TR Overview
Power management is mounted through 5 terminals. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. In this PMIC, you can find SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your reference. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Voltage Detector products. The supervisor is always powered by a 2.89V volt supply. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. In total, it has 5 pins on IC management. There are 5 pins on the power managment ic. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 650mV. There should be no more than 10V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~75°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. There is a supply current of 1.6μA for the power management. You can always use BD47, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. A maximum supply temperature of 3μA can be used. As you can see, this IC power comes from the well-known BD47xx series of products.
