BD46381G-TR Overview
As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 5 in total. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Voltage Detector products. When 5.8V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, the power management has 5 pins in it. 5 pins are on the supervisor. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 950mV, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. There should be no more than 9.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~105°C TA degrees. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Push-Pull, Totem Pole. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BD46, the base power ics number. The maximum supply temperature voltage supervisor can handle is 3μA.
