BD46231G-TR Overview
There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. In this PMIC, you can find SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your reference. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Voltage Detector products. Manage ics operate at 4.3V supply voltages. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount mounts IC management. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. There are a total of 5 pins on power management. 5 pins make up the power management. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 950mV. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 9.5V volts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~105°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Totem Pole.
