BD45431G-TR Overview
There are 5 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. Please refer to power management for SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Voltage Detector manage ics. A supply voltage of 6.3V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. Power management has a total of 5 pins. 5 pins are on the supervisor. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 950mV. There should be no more than 10V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. You can always use BD45, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. The maximum supply temperature is 3.15μA. Located in the well-known BD45xxx series product line, this IC management is a kind of this series.
