BD45412G-TR Overview
As you can see, this power management is mounted through 5 terminals. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. In this PMIC, you can find SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your reference. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Voltage Detector products. When 6.1V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. 5 pins are present in total in this power management. 5 pins are present on the power management system. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 950mV volts. There should be no more than 9.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. You can always use BD45, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 3μA at the most. The IC power comes from the well-known BD45xxx series.
