BD45311G-TR Overview

Surface Mount mounts IC management. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, it has 5 pins on IC management. There are 5 pins on the supervisor. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 950mV. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 10V volts in this IC management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating.
