ATSAMD20J15A-MUT Overview
The package has a 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad shape. A total of 52 I/Os are on the Microcontroller. This Microcontroller is mounted using the Surface Mount mounting type. As the name implies, this Microcontroller is based on the 32-Bit core. The type of its program memory is FLASH. Temperatures within -40°C~85°C TA range are measured by this Microcontroller. A SAM D20J series electrical component is used in this application. Its program memory size is 32KB 32K x 8. A ARM® Cortex®-M0+ Core Processor is at the core of this Microcontroller. MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs make up the Microcontroller. IC Chip 64 has 64 terminations. Microcontroller comes with 32 bit size. The component always operates in 3.3V supply voltage. There are NO DMA channels on this Microcontroller chip. This MCU is implemented with 32kB memory. The base part number ATSAMD20J15 can be used to find alternatives. It exhibits good efficiency when it operates at a frequency of 48MHz and it is able to operate at a high frequency.
