Packaged in a 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad format. There are 23 I/Os. It is important to note that the Microcontroller has a Surface Mount mounting type. A 8-Bit core is used in order to power the IC chip. There is a memory type of FLASH in its program memory. -40°C~85°C TA is the temperature range at which this Microcontroller operates. Microcontroller runs in AVR® ATmega Series. 4KB 2K x 16 is the size of its program memory. A AVR Core Processor is at the core of this Microcontroller. This is a MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC. IC Chip 28 has 28 terminations. The part works on a 8-bit basis. A 3V volt supply is provided by the Microcontroller chip. A total of NO DMA channels are available. 4kB memory size belongs to the part. The base part number ATMEGA48 provides alternatives.
