There is greater flexibility with the 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.By using 4.6V~5.5V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.-10°C~150°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.Inverting, Non-Inverting is used as its input type.The configuration starts with 8 terminations.Under its base part number ADP3611, various related parts can be found.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is to be mounted.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.A voltage of 5V is required for its operation.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.In order to ensure greater stability, it is recommended to keep the supply current at 1mA.
