ADM1294-1AARUZ-RL7 Overview

As far as the maximum voltage that will be applied to the device is concerned, it should be kept below 13V. An assembly of 14 pins is present. For logic gate applications, this is a 14 solution. In order to allow for easy installation and dismounting, it is designed as a Surface Mount device. Specifically, this is a Power Management Circuits for specialized needs that needs to be taken care of. The maximum supply current is recommended to be set at 3.6mA in order to make sure the PMIC keeps running normally. It usually requires a -48V power supply to run the device. A memory chip must have a voltage no greater than 3.3mA to work properly.
