ADE7953ACPZ-RL Overview
It was packaged in Tape & Reel (TR). The 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package can be found here. Using it as a Single Phase meter is possible. The following version of Surface Mount is available. The operational temperature at -40°C~85°C is higher. The unit is powered by a 3V~3.6V power supply. You can find more similar parts by searching ADE7953. The PMIC comes equipped with low-level I/O ports that have a voltage of 0.4V. High-level I/Os are represented by voltage 2.4V, while standard I/Os are displayed by voltage Y. 28 terminations are included in the part. An analog ANALOG CIRCUIT IC for PMICs. There is a normal voltage requirement for the part of 3.3V. Users should be noted that this device requires 3V or higher voltage to start up. The 28 pins are joined together. This is a logic gate solution based on 28 technology. It is designed as a Surface Mount device for easy install and dismount. There is a Other Analog ICs for specialized needs in this case. PMICs should be set to the 6.8mA supply current as a rule of thumb in order to keep them working normally.
