ADE7953ACPZ-RL Overview
It was packaged in Tape & Reel (TR). The 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package can be found here. Using it as a Single Phase meter is possible. The following version of Surface Mount is available. There is a normal voltage requirement for the part of 3.3V. Users should be noted that this device requires 3V or higher voltage to start up. The 28 pins are joined together. PMICs should be set to the 6.8mA supply current as a rule of thumb in order to keep them working normally.
