For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This harley voltage regulator has 8 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~150°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. DC-DC switching regulators reach 250kHz switching frequencies. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V. As a result of DC DC switching regulator's design, it is designed to provide an input voltage of 12V for the purposes of operation. This voltage regulator is included in the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory. A7985 is a family of voltage regulators that belong to the DC/DC industry.
