For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~150°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 250kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4V.
