This clock IC is packaged using the Rail/Tube method. A Clock PLL is included with the TSSOP package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 2.5V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVTTL. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. 250MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. It is a 16-bit IC that is designed for microprocessors specifically. There is a 16 pin that is available on the digital clock generator. The operating temperature should be higher than -40°C. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 70°C with attenuated performance. And basically, this clock generator is often classified as a kind of Clock Drivers. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 3.3V SUPPLY features better clock signal output. At 0.06 ns Max, this clock generator offers low timing skew. 4 pins enable the digital clock generator's true output. You can find similar electronic components by searching for the 86004 family. It is unacceptable to supply this clock PLL with a voltage higher than 3.465V. With this clock generator, the supply voltage is limited to 2.375V. The logic IC PLL clock adopts is PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER.
