CY22381SXI-185 Overview
It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. This clock generator is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. As the Clock PLL's input, LVTTL, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 3 circuits are implemented. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There are 3.135V~3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA, which should be set as the ambient temperature. There are several logic levels in CMOS logic that can be used with this clock generator. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Clock Generator, Fanout Distribution component. These related electrical parts are available for the base part number CY22381.
