This part is conveniently packaged in 14-VFQFN Exposed Pad, making it easy to ship abroad. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). A XOR (Exclusive OR) logic principle is used to make it work. A voltage of 1.2V~3.6V is needed to ensure full function of the part. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C are extended for operation. Part Surface Mount is mounted. In both high and low states, output current is 24mA 24mA. The series 74VCX contains it. Total terminations are 14.
