74LVC30ABQX Overview
The part is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 14-VFQFN Exposed Pad. The advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) provides high reliability. A NAND Gate logic principle is used to make it work. A voltage of 1.2V~3.6V is required for the part to function properly. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~125°C. There is a hole in Surface Mount for mounting the part. Current output is 24mA 24mA in both the high and low states. There are several in the 74LVC series. Total terminations are 14. The part has 1 functions that significantly boost the user experience. As part of LVC/LCX/Z, this chip is used. There are 14 pins injected into the part body. Surface Mount mounted, this logic device is widely used in many applications. The datasheets for the 14 pins explain the functions. A 8 input is supported by the part. Quiescent parts have 10μA current flowing through them. A total of 1 circuits make up this device. 3.6V is the maximum supply voltage (Vsup). 40μA is the maximum current in standby mode.
