71M6542GT-IGT/F Overview
Packged in Tray. This package has the 100-LQFP extension. This device can be used as a Single Phase meter. There is an option for Surface Mount. It is possible to achieve higher operational temperatures at -40°C~85°C. 3V~3.6V power supply is used to operate it. A voltage of 0.8V is present on the low-level I/O ports of this PMIC. This device is capable of delivering voltages of 2V for high-level I/Os on its pins. Parts of the part are terminated with 100 wires. ANALOG CIRCUIT IC with PMIC technology. A normal voltage will be needed for this part, which is 3.3V. It is important to note that this device requires a voltage of 3V or higher to operate. As far as the maximum voltage that will be applied to the device is concerned, it should be kept below 3.6V. This is a 100 solution for logic gate applications. Easy installation and dismounting are assured by its design as a Surface Mount device. There are specialized needs associated with this Other Analog ICs. The memory chip can't run at a higher voltage than 6.9mA. In the Single Converter Technology? series, it is included. There are a number of ways in which this device can be supplied using 3.3V.
