71M6541FT-IGT/F Overview
This package is packed in Tray. A package called 64-LQFP. It can also be used as a Single Phase meter. The following version of Surface Mount is available. Temperature at -40°C~85°C is extended during operation. Using a 3V~3.6V power supply, it operates as it should. A voltage of 0.8V is present on the low-level I/O ports of this PMIC. This device is capable of delivering voltages of 2V for high-level I/Os on its pins. 64 terminations are included in the part. ANALOG CIRCUIT IC with PMIC technology. The normal voltage required for the part is 3.3V. Devices such as this one require a voltage of 3V or higher to work. It is recommended that the maximum voltage that can be applied to the device should be kept below 3.6V. Logic gate applications are addressed by this 64 solution.
