23S09-1HDCGI8 Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape and Reel package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the SOIC package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVTTL. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 133MHz is available. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 16 bits. There are a number of 16 pins that are available on the frequency synthesizers. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has -40°C operations. At 85°C, this RF synthesizer remains functional despite reduced performance. Time clock generator is capable of handling a voltage of 3.3V. Clock Drivers-type frequency generators are usually classified as this type. As a result of this digital clock generator, there is a low timing skew at 0.7 ns max. There are 9 pins configured for enabling high true outputs on this clock generator. 23S-family electronic parts are similar. There can be no voltage higher than 3.6V when powering this frequency generator. With this clock generator, the supply voltage is limited to 3V. In PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic circuits, this electronic frequency generator is used primarily as a clock component.
