CY23S08SXC-2H Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer.
