23S05-1DCG Overview
Rail/Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. As part of the SOIC package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains 8 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. LVTTL is designed as this clock generator's input.
