2308-4DCGI Overview
There is a clock generator embedded in the SOIC N package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. LVTTL is designed for clock generator's input. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 133.3MHz maximum. In this IC, a 16-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. A 16 pin is available on the clock PLL. The operating temperature should be higher than -40°C. Despite its attenuated performance, this frequency synthesizer can last at 85°C. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V that this analog clock generator can handle. In general, this clock PLL is considered a Clock Drivers device. 8 signal outputs maximi8e the output frequency. Low timing skew is provided by this analog clock generator at maximum 0.2 ns. There can be no voltage higher than 3.6V when powering this frequency generator. This RF synthesizer can handle voltages as low as 3V. In PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic circuits, this electronic frequency generator is used primarily as a clock component. This time clock generator requires a supply current of 70mA in order to operate properly.
