LMK03000DISQX/NOPB Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. There are 48 terminations found in this file. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. An up to 1.296GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 3.15V~3.45V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output.
