Z8S18020VEG Overview
The microprocessor is convenient for international shipping since it is packaged in 68-LCC (J-Lead). High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Tube. A CPU with 1 Core 8-Bit cores and width 1 Core 8-Bit busses is used. It is important to understand the operating temperature around -40°C~100°C TA. From the Z180 series. The CPU is cored with a Z8S180 processor. The CPU uses DRAM RAM controllers. Featuring ASCI, CSIO, UART interfaces, this microprocessor can better serve you. This CPU runs I/O at 5.0V. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROPROCESSOR. The total number of terminations is 68. Turning on and running the embedded microprocessor with a 5V voltage supply should be possible. This microprocessor has an architecture of 8 bits. CPUs operate at 20MHz Hz. For information about 68 pins, please refer to the datasheet. It is important to note that there is 8b bandwidth available for data transfer. Micro processor body consists of 68 pins. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Surface Mount bus. From 5V on, the CPU microprocessor will function. 5V is the core voltage of the CPU. It is possible to tell how busy the CPU is by using 2 counters.
