Z8018008VEG Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 68-LCC (J-Lead). High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging methods Tube. In the CPU, there are 1 Core 8-Bit cores and 1 Core 8-Bit bus width. K-40°C~100°C TAw what the operating temperature is around -40°C~100°C TA. This is a member of the Z180 series. Z80180 is the processor core of this CPU. The CPU contains DRAM RAM controllers. Featuring ASCI, CSIO, UART interfaces, this microprocessor can better serve you. In this CPU, I/O is set to 5.0V. The type MICROPROCESSOR belongs to uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. There are 68 terminations totally. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 5V voltage supply. In terms of architecture, it is a 8-Bit system. A 8MHz frequency is used by the CPU. Datasheets for 68 pin functions can be found here. The bandwidth required to transfer data is 8b. Injecting pins into the embedded microprocessor body results in 68 pins. With the Surface Mount mounted, this CPU is widely used in a wide range of applications. In this case, 5V is the starting point. 5V is the voltage on the CPU core. There is 64kB RAM (Random Access Memory) built in. The CPU can only be powered by voltages up to 50mA. Counters 2 indicate how busy the CPU is.
