XC61CN3002MR-G Overview
There are 3 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. IC management is packaged as a TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package. Compared to other Voltage Detector products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. There is a voltage supply of 1V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountTemperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~85°C TA.
