A neat 20-LCC (J-Lead) package is used.Packaging for external use.A qualified individual to operate within -40°C~85°C is required.Through OTP, it is programmable.FPGA is powered by a voltage which is 3V~3.6V volts, and this voltage is the voltage from which the generator is powered.Surface Mount is the orientation of this memory device.FPGA is limFPGAed to 65kb bytes for the size of the data storage.XC1765EL will give you other related parts.Supply voltage 3.3V is required.There are different functions associated with 20 terminations.As long as the maximum voltage of the memory device is 3.6V, then the memory device can be used.To supply the device, a minimum voltage of 3V is a must.Using the CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip, we can store data.In reflow soldering, the temperature should be controlled to a maximum of 225 degrees during the process.In this case, it has 20 pins.With the help of SERIAL-processing, data is sent through this memory.For the memory chip to operate, it requires a voltage not exceeding 0.005mA.Parts include 20 pins.Speaking of speed, this is a memory IC that can work at a 2.5MHz frequency.There is a COMMON configuration for the memory's I/O.The best power supply to use is a 3.3V power supply, which is highly recommended.For better customer service, USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS is added.
