This package makes use of the 20-LCC (J-Lead) programming language.External packaging of type Tube.In the state of -40°C~85°C, licensed to work.Using the OTP axis, it can be programmed to do whatever you want.The voltage fed to it is 3V~3.6V.The memory device is mounted in the Surface Mount position.In addition to this part, you can search "XC17512L" for other similar parts.Supply voltage 3.3V is required.With different functions, 20 terminations can be used.A maximum voltage of 3.6V can be applied to this memory device.An operating voltage of 3V is required in order to supply the device.The memory chip in question is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.When soldering in reflow mode, the temperature should be kept below 225 at all times during the soldering process.In this case, it has 20 pins.In this memory, data is transmitted using the SERIAL process.For the memory chip to operate, it requires a voltage not exceeding 0.005mA.In the package, you will find a set of 20 pins.There is a memory IC in this package that works at 15MHz frequencies.There is a configuration of COMMON for the memory's I/O.3.3V recommends that users apply 3.3V to the part before using it in a circuit so it can run safely and reliably.To better meet the needs of customers, USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS has been added.
