FPGA uses a neat 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Packaging for the external use of Tube.0°C~70°C license holder.FPGA is programmable through OTP.The voltage is 4.75V~5.25V.There is a memory device mounted in Surface Mount position for this device.The size of data storage is limited to 256Kb.You can search "XC17256E" for other related parts.5V is the voltage it requires as a supply.FPGA is possible to connect different functions on the 8 axis at different terminations.5.25V is the maximum voltage that can be used with this memory device.If the device needs to be supplied with power, then a minimum voltage of 4.75V is required.This is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.Reflow soldering should be done at no higher than 225 degrees.8 pins are located on the board.The memory chip will not operate at a voltage above 0.01mA.In the package, you will find a set of 8 pins.FPGA is a 15MHz-frequency memory IC.There is a configuration of COMMON for the memory's I/O.The use of 5V power supplies is recommended.Thus, USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS is included to better serve customers.
