XC17128EPCG20C Overview
A neat 20-LCC (J-Lead) package is used.Packing on the outside is Tray.Licensed to operate in 0°C~70°C.This device can be programmed using the OTP language.The voltage is 4.75V~5.25V.The memory device is mounted in the Surface Mount position.Data storage is limited to a size of 128kb bytes.Supply voltage 5V is required.Various functions can be applied to 20 terminations.As long as the maximum voltage of the memory device is 5.25V, then the memory device can be used.An operating voltage of 4.75V is required in order to supply the device.An example of a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip can be seen in the picture below.In reflow soldering procedure, the temperature should be controlled to no higher than 245.As a result of the SERIAL process, data is transmitted from this memory.There is a set of 20 pins included with the part.To better meet the needs of customers, USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS has been added.
