As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 56-BSSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are a total of 56 terminations in this file.
