UCC5628FQPG4 Overview
A 14 termination occurs when a transmission line is terminated with a device that matches its characteristic impedance. Because of the low cost of its packages, the 48-LQFP is well known in the electronic industry. Packaging follows Tray's material specifications. Mounting it on a PCB is done with Surface Mount. There should not be an increase in Operating Temperature over 0°C~70°C. For standard applications, it is SCSI, LVD, SE-qualified. Ensure normal operation by providing a 2.7V~5.25V Supply Voltage. The Base Part Number UCC5628 can be used to find related parts. It is attached to a Surface Mount-mount. Computers, phones, and other communication devices have pronged contacts called 48 pins. This electrical device has a resistance 105Ohm (Ω). Using 48-LQFP (7x7) as a device package, the supplier makes devices. With its ability to operate on supply voltages of 25mA, this device is ideal for a wide range of applications. The system runs on a minimal supply voltage of 2.7V. It operates at maximum voltage when 5.25V is maximal. 0°C should have a warmer temperature after operating it. Due to this, it operates at the maximum operating temperature of 70°C.
