UCC5629FQPG4 Overview
A 14 termination occurs when a transmission line is terminated with a device that matches its characteristic impedance. The 48-LQFP is well known in the electronic industry due to its low package cost. The Packaging follows Tray's materials. Surface Mount is used for mounting it on a PCB. There should be no more than 0°C~70°C operating temperature. The material meets SCSI, LVD, SE-qualification for standard applications. The 2.7V~5.25V Supply Voltage ensures normal operation. For specific applications, 48 pins are included. As an example, 14 signal lines are lines dedicated solely to the transmission of signals or intelligence, which are either public or private. It is important to maintain the supply voltage at 3.3V in order to achieve high efficiency.
