UCC37322PE4 Overview
Its PDIP package is adopted for higher flexibility.Rail/Tube is the form of the package.There are 8 terminations to form the base of its configuration.The device is mounted with Through Hole.During design, it is configured with 8 pins.In order to operate, a voltage of 14V has to be applied.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.An output current as high as 9A can be achieved at maximum power.Several electronic components are included in its subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.Components with 8 pins are available.Mosfet driver has been integrated wMosfet driverh a total of 1 outputs for Mosfet drivers basis.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 70°C.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a minimum temperature of 0°C.Keeping the supply current at 1mA ensures greater stability.For operation, 15V is the maximum supply voltage.4V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.Currently, 9A is the current it outputs.
