UC3874DWTR-1 Overview
Capsuled in the 18-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 9V~36V. Suitable for a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at Up to 300kHz.
