With a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 4.3V~20V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. The switching controller can be switched at 200kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator.
