TS5A3159DBVR Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in SOT-23-6. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 2:1. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~85°C TA. Analogue multiplexers require a 1.65V~5.5V voltage to drain from a single voltage supply. Put voltage above 100nA on the multiplexer to cause damage. In 100MHz-bandwidths, data can be transferred. There is 1.1Ohm resistance between the Drain and Source on this part. Multiplexer ics with 2 outputs are available.
