Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There are 8 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Through Hole bracket. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. There is a switching frequency of 160kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to -5V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 200mA output current of voltage regulator. An input voltage of 4.5V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation.
