TPS651851RSLR Description
The TPS651851RSLR device, which supports panel sizes up to 9.7 inches and bigger, is a single-chip power supply made for E Ink Vizplex displays used in portable e-reader applications. The gate driver supply for the Vizplex panel is provided by two high-efficiency DC-DC boost converters, which provide 16-V rails that are increased to 22 V and -20 V by two change pumps. The 15-V source driver supply are made up of two tracking LDOs and can support output currents of up to 120/200 mA (TPS65185/TPS651851). Through the I 2C interface, all rails can be adjusted to meet the needs of any panel.
