A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. A voltage regulator consists of 6 terminations. There is a 6-XFBGA, DSBGA package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. 6MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator.
