It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. A voltage regulator consists of 6 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. There is a 6-UFBGA, DSBGA package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. Featuring a 600mA output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 5.5V. The peak reflow temperature of this regulator amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 3.6V as the nominal input voltage. In the particular voltage regulators, the TPS62623 family is represented. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 1.225V volts. There are 6 pins used for switching regulator operation.
