TPS62400DRCT Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There are 10 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER type. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 2 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 2.25MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 2.5V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. As a result of the 400mA 600mA output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 3.6V as the nominal input voltage. DC/DC regulators of this type are part of the TPS62400 family of voltage regulator 12vs. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 6V. There are 10 pins that are used for the operation of the voltage regulator 12v. The output voltage for this switching regulator should be kept at 600mV at least. In order to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation, the maximum output current reaches 400mA A. An output voltage of 6V is provided by this regulator voltage. Switching regulators such as this operate from voltages of 6V. Voltage regulator consumes 32μA A of quiescent current without being affected by external factors.
