A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 6 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 6-WDFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Fixed outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 2.25MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 2.5V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. There is a DC/DC regulator in this family that belongs to the TPS62263 family. A voltage of 2.5V volts can be produced by voltage regulator. In order to operate voltage regulator, there are 6 pins that must be connected. In order for this switching regulator to work properly, the output voltage should be at least 2.5VV. A maximum output current of 600mA A is provided to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. This DC-DC switching regulator operates from a supply voltage of 6V. An external factor does not affect harley voltage regulator's ability to consume 15μA A of quiescent current. This harley voltage regulator is more efficient and stable due to its PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE ALSO AVAILABLE feature.
