For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 5 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 2.25MHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.2V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 3.6V as the nominal input voltage. DC/DC regulators such as this one belong to the TPS62262 family of products. Voltage can be produced at 1.2V volts by voltage regulator. In order to operate voltage regulator, 5 pins are required. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 1.2V volts. Switching regulator has a maximum output current of 600mA A, which is sufficient to meet the requirements of operation. This DC-DC switching regulator operates from a supply voltage of 6V. Despite external influences, voltage regulator consumes 15μA A of quiescent current. Switching regulators with the PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE ALSO AVAILABLE feature are more efficient and stable than those without.
