It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are 6 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 6-UFDFN package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 3MHz. Input voltage 2.05V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 6V. A regulator with this 260 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. As a member of the TPS62238 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 2.25V volts. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 6 pins. In order for this switching regulator to work properly, the output voltage should be at least 2.25VV. A maximum output current of 500mA A is available to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. It provides the adjusting voltage regulator's maximal output voltage of 2.25V. DC-DC switching regulator with 6V supply voltage. There are no external factors that affect DC DC switching regulator's consumption of 22μA A of quiescent current. This switching regulator is more efficient and stable due to the ALSO HAS PWM AND PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE feature.
