As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 5 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. The harley voltage regulator is available as a SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package to save space. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 1.25MHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 2.3V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. DC/DC regulators of this type are part of the TPS62223 family of voltage regulator 12vs. At 2.3V volts, voltage regulator can provide voltage. 5 pins are used for switching regulator operation. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about 2.3V at the very least. A 400mA A maximum output current is required to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. DC-DC switching regulator with 6V supply voltage. An external factor does not affect harley voltage regulator's ability to consume 15μA A of quiescent current.
