TPS62100D Overview
A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. There is a switching frequency of 300kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Input voltage 2.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 7.2V. In the particular voltage regulators, the TPS62100 family is represented. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 8V volts. 8 pins are used for switching regulator operation. For this switching regulator, it is recommended that the output voltage is at least 800mV volts. A 500mA A maximum output current is required to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. Switching regulators such as this operate from voltages of 9V. External factors have no impact on DC DC switching regulator's ability to consume 164μA A of quiescent current.
