TPS62050DGSR Overview
It uses the Cut Tape (CT) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 10 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. There is a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.7V. As a result of the 800mA output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 10V. A regulator with this 260 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 7.2V is provided. DC/DC regulators of this type are part of the TPS62050 family of voltage regulator 12vs. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 6V volts. In order to operate voltage regulator, 10 pins are required. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 700mV. Switching regulator has a maximum output current of 800mA A, which is sufficient to meet the requirements of operation. With a maximum output voltage of 6V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency. Despite external influences, voltage regulator consumes 12μA A of quiescent current. An operating voltage of 2.7VV ensures adjusting voltage regulator reliable performance. A maximum supply voltage of 10V can be used to operate the voltage regulator 12v. With a frequency of 850kHz, dc to dc voltage regulator maintains high accuracy.
